Scheduling
*All New Students Must Pre-Pay at Time of Scheduling
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. All first time students must schedule dance lessons in advance. A deposit of $70.00 (full lesson fee) will be required to reserve my time and hold the floor space available for your first lesson.
Simply call 913-871-1651 or email me at rebecca@kansascitybeginnersonly.com to schedule your first lesson. Payments can be made by cash or check in person or by mail (three days prior to your scheduled lesson) or taken immediately over the telephone by credit card.
If you decide after your first lesson that you would like to take additional lessons you will have the option to purchase discounted dance lesson packages or on pay- as- you- go basis.
First Lesson Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your first dance lesson you will receive a full refund with no questions asked.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that we can not fill openings in our schedule at short notice, so if you do not cancel before 24 hours in advance of your scheduled dance lesson you will be responsible for the full cost of the lesson. In order to cancel a private lesson, 24 hours notice must be given by telephone (913-742-0453). Without 24-hour notice, the student will be billed the entire fee for the hour. No refunds will be given for the purchased lesson. Full refund will be given if lesson is canceled at least 24 hours before your scheduled dance lesson.
Punctuality Policy
Your lesson is scheduled at the top of each hour and lasts 50 minutes. If you are late for your dance lesson I will not extend your dance lesson time beyond the top of the next hour.
